L.A.-based artist Cole James will lead participants in a plein air painting workshop, inspired by the birds of Los Angeles—an event for all ages; no experience required. Please arrive on time; at the workshop, participants will be assigned to groups for 20-minute sessions of hands-on painting. About the artist; James is a mixed-media artist who has exhibited widely, including at DA Center for the Arts in Pomona, the Peggy Phelps Gallery, and the Fullerton Museum. http://www.colejamesart.com
