Bird Yoga in Beverly Hills @ The Gottlieb Native Garden

Bird LA Day and the Gottlieb Native Garden present Bird Yoga with yoga instructor David Ezekiel Schlais.

Space is limited.
Please RSVP.  Attendees must register to reserve their spot and receive address.

Celebrate Bird L.A. Day at the renowned Gottlieb Native Garden in Beverly Hills with a gentle yoga flow that overlooks a beautiful native garden and natural canyon. You will join the hundreds of hummingbirds, other native birds and a plethora of species that frequent this beautiful native garden. The class will feature a light, easy flow to warm up the body before moving into restorative yin poses. Class will end with a brief meditation to focus on the melodic vibrations of the native plants and animal sounds of the garden.

Instructor David Ezekiel Schlais has taught yoga and meditation throughout Los Angeles since 2011 and is 300-RYS certified through trainings with Rod Stryker, Travis Eliot and Rudy Mettia. David also serves as the Head of Strategic Initiatives for the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability.

Bring a mat, water and something comfortable to sit on – a blanket or pillow will work. The event is covered but outdoors so please dress appropriately.
